About Coach Vic
Coach Vic brings over six years of experience in sports performance training, working with athletes and high-performing individuals who demand results that translate beyond the weight room.
My background is rooted in both education and application. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Human Sports Performance, providing a deep understanding of how the body adapts, performs, and withstands stress. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA-W Level 1 Coach, and Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED.
For the past three years, I have served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Gettysburg College football program. In that role, I’ve designed and implemented comprehensive training systems focused on developing strength, speed, power, and resilience—while prioritizing injury prevention and long-term athlete development. My work has helped athletes perform at a higher level under pressure and prepare for the physical demands of competition.
My approach is built on more than just sets and reps. Every program is structured with purpose—designed to improve performance, reinforce mental toughness, and create individuals who are physically and mentally prepared for the demands of sport, work, and life.
